We're going to Japan from the 17th December to 28 December.
We arrive in Tokyo, and then we're going to Hakone the 21, Kyoto the 23 and Osaka the 27.
Is someone can help me with the trains ? Is the Japan Rail Pass is a good idea for this trip ?
I read that it was complicated with this pass for Hakone ?

Hello Mathilde,
Will you depart Japan from Osaka? If you do, then it is better to buy normal tickets. A Japan Rail Pass would work great if you return to Tokyo.
You can use the Shinkansen to travel to Hakone (Odawara station), Kyoto and Osaka using the JR Pass.

We will arrive by plane in Tokyo. Then Tokyo --> Hakone --> Kyoto --> Osaka.
And we take the plane in Osaka for go back.
So do we need the JR pass ?
