We are a group of 10 coming from Hawaii and are very excited to explore Japan. Our itinerary is:
03/09: Tokyo to Hakone
03/11: Hakone to Nozawa Onsen
03/15: Nagano to Kyoto
03/18: Kyoto to Haneda Airport
We have purchased the JR Japan Rail 7 day pass. We thought we can use the rail pass 03/09 through 03/15 and then purchase just the one way pass to Haneda Airport from Kyoto. My questions:
- Does that make the most sense cost wise?
- What is the best route to get from Hakone to Nozawa Onsen?
- What is the best way to get from Kyoto to Haneda Airport? We'd like to leave Kyoto around 14:00.
