How can I do to change ticket from regular to green JR pass ?

Hi there,

A JR Pass can not be changed once issued, however we may be able to change your pass if it has not yet been used.

Please contact our support team via [email protected] and we will see what can be done. Please note that we can only process passes purchased via jrpass.com
