I am planing to go travel around Tokyo and Hokkaido for 9 days from Indonesia.
13 April'17 - Haneda Tokyo
14-18 - Hokkaido
19-22 - Tokyo
Would you mind advice me the best way to use JR pass or just using air flight? also would you mind giving me information places to visit during my stay in Hokkaido and Tokyo. Thank you

Traveling back and forth between Tokyo - Hokkaido will cost the most, be sure to use your JR Pass for this part. Flying to Sapporo is faster than taking the train but will likely be a lot cheaper with the JR Pass and you can make great stops on the way, for instance by visiting Hakodate.
