Hi there,
I am traveling this summer to Japan. This is the route. Is it all OK to be done by JRpass. I will stay 7 days. This is the plan;

Osaka-Kyoto
Kyoto-Nara
Kyoto-Tokyo

Thank you for advising on this!

Hi there!

Yes, this is all covered by a a JR Pass, so you should have no problems.

By the way, if you are not returning to Osaka after going to Tokyo it may be more economical to purchase single tickets rather than a JR Pass.

You can look up train timetables and costs for all of your legs at the Hyperdia travel planning website and learn how to use Hyperdia for Japan Rail Pass holders through our video blog.

Hope this helps
