Hi JRPass team,
Please help; I saw Daniel-san answering many questions about Hokuriku that did not cover Hasidate.
But, when using JapanTravel by Navitime and selecting the Hokuriku arch pass, for example, Amanohasidate >> Kyoto, it result like this:
With Hasidate dicertly (not transit at Fukuchiyama), but first term Amanoshidate >> Fukushiyama is not covered, but then Fukuchiyama >> Kyoto is covered by Hokuriku Arch Pass.

So I still have to pay a specific amount when I'm off?
Or should I stop by Fukuchiyama, change trains, and use the Hokuriku arch pass?

Thanks in advance.

Hi there,

Yes, the Hokuriku Pass won't cover the Hashidate line. You'll have to pay a separate fare to board the train, but Fuku. to Kyoto is covered so all you need to pay extra for is travelling the short distance on the Hashidate line.

Hope this helps!

Alexis
