Hello,

I will be on the itinary in object for 12 days. I will start in Tokyo and end in Osaka

I'm thinking to buy 2 regional passes:

  • Osaka-Tokyo Hokuriku Arch Pass 7days to travel between Tokyo-Kanazawa-Takayama-Kyoto and immediately after
  • Takayama-Hokuriku Area Tourist Pass 5gg to travel between Kyoto-Nagoya-Kanazawa-Osaka

This seems to me better than buying 2x7gg full Japan rail passes.

Am I correct?

Thanks

Fabrisco

Hi there,

Yes, this seems like the most cost-effective option :)

Kind regards,

Alexis
