Hi there,

I don't fully understand your question? A regional pass is similar to a Japan Rail Pass, in that it provides unlimited travel, but only for its validity area, this depends on each pass. You are travelling through many different regionals, and then a JR Regional Pass may not be a good fit.

As a starting point, I recommend reading: Export guide to regional passes.

Kind regards,
Daniel
