Hi,
1) The term - Seats must be reserved at the ticket office from the 7th booking. If I use on 7th reserve seat need to pay additional cash for reserve seats?
2) I will arrive at Kansai airport to Okayama at Oct 2025. Use Setouchi Area Pass - I need to take train Limited Express Haruka to Shin-Osaka & train Shinkansen Shin-Osaka to Okayama. The reserve seat count use as 1 reserve or 2 reserve seat in 1 trip?

1.) Seat reservations are free of charge with this pass.
2.) There's no limit (anymore) on the amount of seat reservation you can make with this pass.
