want to ask if I can pick up the jr pass in Fukuoka JR station. and not have the voucher in my country of residence.

Hi there,
E-tickets are not available for the Nationwide JR Pass. You can have your JR Pass exchange order voucher delivered to your home address or to your accommodation in Japan.
There are two exchange offices in Fukuoka. Please find their office hours below:
Kokura Station (JR-KYUSHU Ticket Office): 7:00-21:00
Hakata Station (JR-KYUSHU Ticket Office): 7:00-22:00
