We are a group of 6 adults travelling to Fukuoka, Hiroshima, Beppu, Kumamoto & Nagasaki from 27 Dec to 7 Jan. Kindly advise which Pass is more suitable and cost effective for our itinerary:
1) 7D JRPass
2) 7D Sanyo-San in Northern Kyushu Pass
3) 5D Northern Kyushu Pass

Personally, I'd op for the 7D Sanyo-San in Northern Kyushu Pass it covers the entire area you plan to travel, is significantly cheaper than the JR Pass and comes with a couple really cool perks, such as free bicycle rental at many stations and a bunch of local discount coupons.
