Hi there!

Based on your travel plans, this is what I'd recommend. You will travel through many different regions, so a single regional pass would not make sense. Instead, we recommend the nationwide pass.

You will be traveling the most by rail from March 14th to March 27th and I recommend using a 14-day Nationwide JR Pass for this period. You can then buy a normal ticket to FujiKawaguchiko. Note that this part is not included in the pass anyway, so it makes perfect sense. For the rest, the pass will cover travel between all the cities you plan to visit. This pass covers most JR lines nationwide, simplifying your travel by replacing multiple regional passes.

I hope this helps!

Kind Regards,

Mariko
