Hi
we are spending 20 days in Japan .
Our itinerary is as follows
Tokyo
Nikko Tokyo Fujikawaguchiko Tsumagoi
Takayama Kanazawa
Kyoto Hiroshima
Miyajima
Naoshima
Osaka
With this itinerary would it be better to use regional passes or the JRP or buy individual tickets?

Hi there,

It may depend a little on how many days you'll spend in each place. I do think that looking at a nationwide JR Pass makes sense. As you will be traveling through different regions in Japan and there's not really a regional pass that allows for this.

Hope this helps,
Daniel
