Hi

Me and my wife are arriving in Haneda Airport on 28th February 2023.

We will stay in Tokyo for 4 days (planning day trips to Fuji and Disneyland). We will then take train to osaka where we will stay for 4 days taking day trip to Hiroshima and ferry to miyajimia before heading to Kyoto for 2 nights and then back to Tokyo.

Not sure whether it would still be worthwhile getting 14 day pass even only there for 10 days or whether 7 day pass will be enough and purchase the extra trips separately?

Also are we able to pick up a pocket wifi at Haneda airport?

Thank you in advance

Hi there,

On this route, both a 7-day JR Pass and 14 day JR Pass will help you make savings. However, the best option would be to use a 7-day JR Pass if you can use it to return to Tokyo. Then buy normal tickets for travel around there, as local travel is low cost.

Wi-Fi can indeed be picked up at Haneda, see:

Kind regards,
Daniel
