Helo, i have plan to going to japan for 7 day. If just exploring tokoy do i need to buy jr pass or another option for better? And i arrived in narita and plan to stay in shinjuku, how many time i need to transport from narita to shinjuku and return time too. And what train or transport i need to take. My trip is july.

You don't need a JR Pass if you just stay in Tokyo. In that case, normal tickets make more sense. Get an IC card to make your life easier.
