Activate Meet & Greet at Train Station?

When you exchange your exchange order voucher for the actual JR Pass in Japan, you'll specify the date you wish for the pass to become active. Our Meet and Greet service can assist you with this process at the airport.

Thank you Mariko. When I try to purchase the "Meet & Greet" the only options are the airports. How do I specify a train station instead?

Our Meet and Greet service is only available at airports. It's designed to help with your arrival and initial needs, like JR Pass exchange (during office hours), directly at the airport. You cannot select a train station for this service.

If you would like to start using your JR Pass on a later date, you can activate it at the airport and just pick your preferred start date then.
