Hi. I have arranged for my voucher to be sent to my hotel Tokyo as there is not time to have it sent to my home address before I leave.
Do I need the voucher or can I use the email confirmation to get my pass?

Thank you for your order!
To activate your JR Pass, you must present the physical Exchange Order voucher included in your package. Please take this voucher and your passport to a JR Pass Exchange Office once you arrive in Japan to receive your actual pass.
