I am arriving from US via Singapore Airline on Feb. 3rd evening at terminal 1. The service center closes at 6pm. How do I exchange the pass for taking Narita Express free of charge?

Hi there,
You can exchange your JR Pass at the JR East ticketing office up to 21:45 at Narita Airport.
So you should not have a problem getting your pass activated.
