We have a 14 day JR Pass for our trip to Japan in April 2023. Was wondering if we can book our seats online before we arrive, or can we only book them once we arrive? We have 5 rail trips we need to organise between different cities in Japan, so thought booking them now would save time if that is possible. Thank you

Hi there,
We do not yet have the option to reserve seats for tickets purchased online, I hope this is coming this summer. Until then, you can book seats once you have arrived in Japan and activated the JR Pass.
