I'm going to Japan in november and i'm questionning about buying or not a train pass.
1) Can I use the JRpass everyehere in Japan?
2) We'll arrive in Narita, but need to take a flight at the other airport (KIX). Can we use the train pass or a bus is ok?
3) We'll be in Kobe for few days and then going to Hiroshima. After, we are going back directly to Tokyo (Narita airport). It's good to travelling with a JR pass?

Hi there,
1.) You can use the JR Pass, on all JR lines nationwide. That's not exactly everywhere in Japan, but will get you almost everywhere :)
2.) Yes, you can use JR trains to/from both airports.
3.) Yes, this entire route, including the bullet trains, is covered by the JR Pass.
