Hi, my family of 4 adults will arrive in Osaka on December 26th 2023 and we need 4 x 21 day JR passes
if I purchase about 5 months before, in July / August 2023, will I beat the October price rise ?
I'm Hoping that my JR Passes will work when I activate then at Kansai airport on Dec 26th
