Is there any way me and my friends can buy old price j pass for January 4th if we buy it now. If we buy the 21 day pass, Although we land in Japan on January 4th, Will it be automatically activated or can we ask them to Automatically activate on December 27, so we can still get the old price. There any sort of loophole we can do?, We are only gonna be a couple days late. Could we perhaps email them about our situation.

Hi there,
We can issue passes that can be valid till end of year. You have to be in Japan to activate your pass, so it won't be possible to use the old pricing with a Jan 4th arrival.
Sorry, no loophole either :( It would only work if you arrive earlier.
