We arrive in Tokyo on 1-11-24.( Nov. 1st) We will want to activate it on 5-11-24. (Nov 5th). Can we use the office in the airport to forward date our pass? If not, where can we activate our pass in Tokyo? We are staying at the New Hotel Otani.

Yes, you can select a date up to 1 month in advance, then you exchange the JR Pass in Japan.
