Hi, Does anyone know if I can still exchange the Exchange Order to a JR Pass if the nationalities used to buy the Exchange Order and to redeem the JR Pass are different? Both are non-Japanese. The name would be the same. Thank you and I appreciate your advice.

Hi there,
Yes, as long as you enter Japan using a temporary visitor visa and the name on the exchange voucher is the same as on your passport.
Kind regards,
Daniel
