My son is 11 yrs old now. He will be turning 12years old on March 23, 2023. We will arrive in Japan on March 26, 2023.
I'm planning to purchase the child pass on March 1, 2023. We can still use the child pass when we arrive in Japan? Please advise. Thank you.

The issue date of your pass is leading, not the exchange date.
So you can get a child pass now, before his birthday.
