Could you please check if the JR pass covers the following routes ?
Tokyo to Fujikawaguchiko
Tokyo to Kanazawa
Kanazawa to Kyoto
Kyoto to Osaka
Osaka to Hiroshima
Hiroshima to Myiajima (Ferry)

Hi there,
Tokyo --> Kawaguchiko isn't covered by the JR Pass unfortunately - my recommendation would be to take a bus from Tokyo Station. The rest of your itinerary is covered :)
