When I received my exchange coupons in the mail they came as if someone balled them up and tried to straighten them out. I tried contacting the company I ordered from but they haven't been the best at responding.
So my question is: Do they accept the exchange coupon for the JR pass if looks like its been crinkled, balled up or partially damaged?

Hi there,
I can't answer this without seeing the actual exchange order. It will depend if everything is still readable.
However your agent will have to re-issue the pass in case it is no longer usable, so trying to contact them is the best option.
