Hello I have two questions
My passes are being delivered to czech republic(czechia) are there any customs duty ?
What happens if i am not home when courier comes with myn package ?

Hi there,
1.) The JR Pass holds no customs value, so there won't be any tax. You will basically be buying a train ticket in Japan.
2.) The same as any other FedEx package, you will be able to plan a next delivery.
