I would like to buy jr pass. We will arrive to Narita Airport on 7th January from Poland. We would like to use JR Pass for 7 days to visit Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto and go back to Tokyo.
Our flight is about 20:00pm on 7th January. Can we pick up JR Pass on the airport office ?
Also I have question about Osaka-Tokyo Hokuriku Arch Pass. Can we travel from Tokyo to Osaka directly or we can only use from Tokyo to Osaka via the Nagano, Kanzawa and others cities ?

We can not deliver to the airport, I'm afraid. Consider delivery to your accommodation instead.
The Osaka-Tokyo Hokuriku Arch Pass only allows travel through the Hokuriku Arch, adding a lot of extra travel time between Tokyo and Kyoto.
