I arrive at Narita Airport Terminal 1 at 17:00 on Nov 13, 2022. I am confused where I could exchange the Japan Rail Pass. I see you listed three locations in Terminal 1:
1. JR East Travel Service Center
2. Ticket Office
3. Terminal 1 Travel Center
The JR East Travel Center closed at 17:00. Ticket Office 19:00-21:45 and Terminal Center closed at 18:00.
I would like to know if I can exchange the pass at the location Terminal 1 Travel Center.
