First time in Japan - Pls advise which JR passes to buy

Hi there, good day!
It’s our first time to Japan and we are heading there this May. We can’t wait!
Can we please get some guidance from you on which JR passes to buy (for most cost efficient/cheapest) for the following itinerary?

Day1 Osaka
Day2 Kobe day trip (back to Osaka hotel)
Day3 Nara day trip (back to Osaka hotel)
Day4 Osaka
Day5 Himeji day trip (back to Osaka hotel)
Day6-8 Kyoto (depart on Day8 morning)
Day8-10 Hakone & Mt Fuji (depart on Day10 morning)
Day10-12 Nagano (depart on Day12 morning)
Day12 Arrive @ Tokyo; Day trip to Kawagoe & back to Tokyo hotel
Day13 Day trip to Nikko & back to Tokyo hotel
Day14 Tokyo Disneysea
Day15-20 Tokyo
Day21 Flight home

Hi there, and good day to you too!

When I break it down, I see two main area's to cover with different passes.

1.) The Kansai Area (Kobe, Nara, Osaka, Himeji & Kyoto). For this, I recommend getting a 5-day Kansai Area Wide Pass. It also includes the comfortable Ltd. Express intercity trains between these cities, making for easy travel.

2.) Intercity travel to Tokyo, Nagano, Nikko, then for this part a 7-day Japan Rail Pass. It covers travel between all these cities and will give you very good savings, but note that you still may need additional transport for travel around Hakone and Fuji.
