Hi there,
First, take the Tokyo Monorai from the airport to Hamamatsucho station, and from there the Yamanote line to Tokyo station.
From Tokyo station, use the Hikari Shinkansen to Shin-Osaka, there transfer to the Sakura Shinkansen to Hiroshima.
Route is fully covered by the JR Pass.
