We are planning to visit Japan this April and to meet in Tokyo.
What is the best move to get our JR Passes ?
* Order 2 of them and have them delivered at one place ?
* Order 2 of them and have one deliver in Canada and one in France ?
* Do 2 separate orders, one for my wife and one for myself.

All these options are possible, so it really is what works best for you. Personally, I'd ship to either France or Canada for both passes. This way you only pay for shipping once.
