Hachinohe Station to Aomori

Hello, I'm going on a trip to Japan in March 2018 and I was planning on going to Oirase Keiryu Hotel in Aomori. They offer complimentary shuttle service from the station to the hotel, however it is a set schedule and doesn't work with my schedule as I am landing in Haneda airport around 2:40pm and then heading to Tokyo Station, and catching a 4:20pm or 5:20pm train to Hachinohe Station; arriving at either 7:08pm or 8:12pm respectively. Because the last complimentary shuttle from the station to the hotel is 3:00pm, I was thinking of taking the bus. I would need to take the JR bus from Hachinohe station and get off at Yakeyama. So my problem is that the only bus schedule I can find from Hachinohe station to Yakeyama is this one here:

the last bus seems to run at 2:50pm? Which is way too early as I won't be arriving until 7-8pm. So my question is, is that really the last bus running? Are there any buses that run later? Are there any other options I have to get from Hachinohe station to the Resort, other than driving? Many thanks for any help I can get!
