Hi there,
Yes, this is covered by the JR Pass. The route is as follows:
Take the Tokyo Monorail from Haneda to Hamamatsucho (last stop), there transfer to the JR Yamanote line bound for Tokyo station.
At Tokyo station, you can take a Hikari service to Shin-Osaka.
