I need to cancel and get a refund of the JR pass order order #2646551.

because i am not in paris but in china now and will never recive this JR pass by post

i thought you sent by digital PDF but just know you sent the Pass by post , i just can't understand why you send by post ? i just fill my paris adresse but since i already leaved paris
i make a mistake . why JR PASS can't send directely in digital QR code in PDF , i don't undrestand
