There are 3 adults, 4 teenagers and 1 child in my group traveling in Dec 2024 as such:
15 Dec (arrive Narita airport terminal 1 at 11:20am. Staying near Asakusa station) - 18 Dec Tokyo
18 Dec - 19 Dec - Mount Fuji
19 Dec - 21 Dec - Osaka
21 Dec - 26 Dec - Tokyo (depart Tokyo from Narita airport terminal 1 at 1:20pm)
Is it worth getting a JR Pass for 7 days for this travel schedule?

I take it you mean Dec 2023 :)?
A 7-day pass is worth considering. As it is similar in cost as a normal return ticket Tokyo - Osaka. At the old pricing (valid till end of this month), you get 7-days of unlimited travel for a similar price.
