Hello! First time traveler to Japan from April 16-26th, 2025. Flying into Narita on the 16th to Tokyo. From there, we are leaving to Osaka on the 19th, then to Kyoto on the 22nd, and back to Tokyo on the 24th and leaving Japan on the 25th out of Haneda. I will be doing a day trip to Mt. Fuji out of Toyko one of the days as well. Is it worth it to get the 7 day JR Pass for my travels from Toyko back to Toyko? Or should I extend to the 14 day pass so it covers transportation to and from the airports?

Hi there,
For your itinerary a 7-day JR Pass would suffice, as the individual tickets to and from the airport are significantly cheaper than Shinkansen tickets, so a 14-day Pass would not be worth the price increase.
Kind regards,
Alexis
