Hi team,
Yesterday I sat down with my JR pass in a pocket and it bent.
Now when I insert it to the gate, it give an error and it does not open the gate.
Is it possible to replace di ticket? Do I have to go to travel information center?

Hi Marco,
You can ask at a JR ticket office if they can give you a new ticket, else just show it to the station attendant to open the ticket gate for you.
