We like to use the JR Meet & Greet service to help us with getting the JR Pass and buying suica card, but do you know their hours of operation? Our flight will be arriving around 11:00PM, so I'm not sure if they will be available to meet us then.
Also, can we activate the JR Pass 3 days after our arrival?

Hi there,
Our Meet and Greet service is available 24/7, however we are bound to the same opening hours for ticket offices and shops. For example, the JR ticket office closes at 21:45 at Narita Airport, so we would not be able to activate your JR Pass on the same day when you arrive after this time.
The JR Pass can be activated at any day within 3 months of your issue date (printed on the pass).
