Good day, I'm From Indonesia,
Me and my friends planning to go to Japan (Tokyo) on Thursday, 9 February 2023 for the first time,
We intend to buy a JR Pass, but as we search the operational hours for exchanging JR Pass at Narita Airport are only until 20:00 on Thursday , while our flight arrives at Narita Airport at 20:10,

is there any Customer Contact that we can contact to ask them to wait for us a while ?
or is there any advice for us?

We appreciate if you could give us reply and advice.

Hi there,

You can exchange your JR Pass up to 21:45 at the JR East ticket office at Narita Airport. After that, you'd have to wait until the following morning. JR will not remain open past this point.

You can, of course, buy normal tickets after that for travel into Tokyo from ticket machines.
