If I bought JR Rail pass 14 days and delivered to Australia. Am I correct that the JR Pass received is a voucher and need to exchange when I arrive Japan?
How can I reserve seat from Tokyo to Hakodate on 4 May, on the golden week?

Hi there,
Yes, this is correct! We do need to deliver the pass to you.
Seats can be reserved once you are in Japan and have activated the pass, see:
