I just want to confirm the activation date is happening in Japan. Am I right?
the reason I am asking is ... there is option there ( Date of Use) . what happen when if I get there and want to activate this later or earlier that time.

Hi there,
Yes, you activate the JR Pass in Japan. This can be at any date within 3 months after issue date, so plenty of flexibility!
