JR Pass Meet & Greet - Shinkansen

Hello,

We are travelling to Japan in March and have booked a meet and greet for when we arrive at Narita airport. Will it be too late to book Shinkansen trains when we meet with JR staff or should we be booking them earlier?

Hello,

If your trip is planned for early March, you should be completely fine! However, towards late March, train services become much busier as the cherry blossom season begins. I recommend booking ahead of time if you are travelling later in the month to guarantee availability. You can place your order via our website here.
