We have 2 different groups that will be arriving the Haneda airport at 2 different time.
As a group leader, can I pick up the JR tickets for everyone including members arriving at later time?

Hi there,
To activate the JR Pass, you will need to bring the passport + visa for each passenger to the exchange point.
As long as you have these, then you can activate the passes.
