Will be based at Shinjuku and would like to know if the JR Tokyo wide pass covers the foollowing place of interest::
Mount Fuji
Eunos
Tsujiki fish market
Tokyo sky tree
Shibuya
Harajuku
Ginza
Roppongi
Narita Airport terminal 1

Or is it cheaper to buy individual tickets?

Hi,
A Tokyo Wide Pass would probably not pay off for you. It goes to the places you list (not sure about Eunos - never heard of it) but most of what you write is within Tokyo. For Mt. Fuji you need to specify either the Hakone area or the Fuji 5 Lakes area. There are Odakyu Passes which will likely serve you better. For going to Narita, the cheapest way would be the 1000 yen bus.

If you want to use a travel within Tokyo, you might consider a 2 or 3 day subway pass. The Tokyo Wide Pass would serve you well for long distance day trips, like Karuizawa, Izu, Kusatsu, Nikko, Kamakura, etc.

Good luck.
