I left my vouchers at my home country and forgot to bring it with me to Japan!! I am in Tokyo right now and plan to activate it and use it in 2 days (Aug 1). Can it be sent to my hotel in Tokyo? I sent an email to customer support on Saturday.

Hi there,
Sorry to hear about that! The best course of action would be to buy a new pass in Japan, then refund the one you have left at home once you get back.
Alternatively, you could ask someone at home to forward it to you.
