Hi i'm located in Australia. We paid for a JR pass and it was sent out in the mail (i think this was maybe the voucher for one). We have since lost it somewhere around the house. We don't leave for Japan for over a month. It obviously hasn't been activated yet, is it possible to get replacements sent out again before we go?

Hi there,
Sorry to hear about this, we can't directly deal with lost tickets on the forum, but please contact our support team, and we can declare it as lost and, once confirmed, issue a refund for your current ticket.
You'll have to order a new replacement, though.
Kind regards,
Daniel
