I find on Hyperdia that I should ride Ltd Exp Asuza 26 & Ltd Exp (wide view) shinano 15 from Shinano Omachi station to Nagano Station.
Do these Ltd Exp Asuza 26 & Ltd Exp (wide view) shinano 15 covered by JR Pass?
Are reservation required for both trains?

Yes, both are covered. Seat reservations are recommended but not required.
