Meet and Greet JR Pass activation late hours

Hi, I plan on buying a 3-week JR pass for November 22 - Dec 12. My scheduled arrival is Nov 21 at 19:45, so it'll probably be ~21:00 by the time I've cleared immigration/customs etc. Is it possible to activate the JR pass with the help of a Meet and Greet agent at such a late hour or would I have to push the activation to the day after?

This depends on the opening hours of the JR Pass exchange office at your arrival airport. You can check the opening hours here.
